Aurelia Piano Company is a collective of professional technicians offering full piano service to the DMV area. From tuning, voicing and regulation to repairs, consultation, and evaluation, our passion lies in providing the best possible care for your piano to preserve its musicality, longevity, and sustainability.
Hannah Beckett
Hannah is a multi-disciplinary piano technician with more than 14 years of experience in tuning, voicing, regulation, repair, maintenance, after-market systems installation, piano brokering, and mentorship. With a home workshop based out of Reston, VA, Hannah has worked with professionals across the piano industry —from manufacturers and dealerships to music teachers and concert performers — to bring the most modern technical practices to the stage and home. Hannah is particularly passionate about educating clients and technicians alike on proper piano care and standards of maintenance.
McKinley Coda
McKinley brings her love of all things musical to the piano industry, where she finds particular enjoyment in bringing out the best of each piano she encounters. Her technical abilities were developed long before she found piano technology; in addition to all manner of instrument repair, she also does pipe organ tuning part-time. McKinley has worked at several dealerships, and her experience now ranges from rebuilding shop work to new piano preparation. She has attended a number of manufacturer training sessions as well as the Renner Academy in 2024 to support her ongoing interest in action rebuilding. Furthermore, she has benefited from various one-on-one mentorships and interviews with industry professionals.
Kelly Overvold
Kelly takes pride in providing careful, individualized attention to every instrument she services, believing that a well-maintained piano can inspire players at every level. She is committed to continuing education within the field and regularly participates in professional workshops and training programs. Whether working with teachers, students, or fellow technicians, Kelly strives to foster a supportive musical community built on craftsmanship, curiosity, and a shared love of the piano.
